Programs

Mobius offers custom-designed residencies and programs that enhance academic curriculum and promote creativity and teamwork. We work in schools, community centers, art museums, senior centers – anywhere group movement is possible and community can come together. Classes can be designed for a specific academic concept or subject (physics, alphabet, geography), as well as for specific personal or interpersonal virtues (trust, communication, respect, loyalty).

Mobius works directly with teachers and administrators to design movement lesson plans for established curriculum, which can be tailored to meet state standards. We provide teacher trainings, introducing teachers to the basic elements of incorporating physical activity into lesson plans.

Mobius also offers lecture-demonstrations (narrated, informal performances) and meaningful performances for school assemblies or special events.

Our goal is not to produce trained "dancers", but to inspire self-awareness and creativity in people who can innovate solutions and imagine the future.
